Monthly Board of Directors Meetings
**** Our next Board Meeting is 4/8/2024***
The monthly Board of Directors meetings are normally held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at The Woods of Preston Clubhouse. All property owners are welcome to join.

The pool renovations will begin Monday, March 4th, 2024, so the pool at the clubhouse will be CLOSED until further notice.

Changes or improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Board of Directors. This includes storage sheds, fences, accessory buildings, pools, driveway extensions, and much more. Please visit the Documents page and complete the Architectural Approval Request form if you are planning any improvements.
