VARIOUS DOCUMENTS
Our CCRs are the legal document that lays out the guidelines for our community. The CCRs are recorded in the Grayson county records. This means that when you purchase a lot or a home in this community you automatically become a member of the HOA.
The bylaws govern how the HOA operates and contains the information needed to run the HOA.
Please note: HOA annual dues are $350 and are due by January 31st each year.
If you're interested in reserving the clubhouse for your next private event, please send an email to board@thewoodsofpreston.com so we an ensure that your date is available. Upon confirmation, complete the below form. There is a $50 cleaning fee and a $200 refundable security deposit required. You may deliver the form and checks to any member of the board or you may mail them to:

Making improvements on your home not only increases the value of your home but it also adds value to the entire community. Before you begin your new project please take a look at our Architectural Improvement guidelines and submit a request form for approval.
