Message from the Board

     Whether you are a new resident in The Woods of Preston, a new homeowner, or just visiting, we wish to extend a warm welcome to you! We hope the information in this website will help you make your stay here as trouble-free as possible and serve as a reference in the future.

     The information contained herein is intended to be of assistance to our residents, potential homebuyers, realtors and other interested parties.

     THE WOODS OF PRESTON is the name of our community, but it was originally established in 2000. and it is still maintained by The Woods of Preston Homeowners Association, Inc.

     Homeowners are invited and encouraged to become involved in the community and attend the Association's Annual General meeting.

Our community is governed by written documents known as the Declaration of Covenants and the Bylaws, which set forth the rights and obligations of each homeowner. Any homeowner who needs a copy of these documents may download them from our website or contact the Association.

     Boards of Director Meetings are typically held on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. and all members are entitled and encourage to attend.  Check the calendar for other important dates

     Report of Officers and Directors
     Old Business
     New Business
     General Discussion

The meetings are usually held in the community club house. Please email the Board if you would like anything added to the agenda of the next Board meeting.  board@thewoodsofpreston.com
