Monthly Board of Directors Meetings
The monthly Board of Directors meetings are normally held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at The Woods of Preston Clubhouse. All property owners are welcome to join us.
Our next meeting will be December 11th at 6:30pm. There will be a presentation on the clubhouse pool renovation, so we are starting early. We hope to see you then!
Upcoming Annual Election for Board of Directors
There are two positions on The Woods of Preston Property Owners Board of Directors that are coming up for election at the next Annual Meeting on January 22,2024, Information on the Board of Directors responsibilities may be found in Section IV of the By Laws on www.thewoodsofpreston.com. If you are interested in running for a seat on The Board, please email your name and a short bio to board@thewoodsofpreston.com. Submissions must be received by December 22, 2023.
REMINDERS!
Changes or improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Board of Directors. This includes storage sheds, fences, accessory buildings, pools, driveway extensions, and much more. Please visit the Documents page and complete the Architectural Approval Request form if you are planning any improvements.
