Monthly Board of Directors Meeting

The Monthly Board of Directors meetings are held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at The Woods of Preston Clubhouse. All property owners are welcome to join.

There will be no meeting on February 9th.

2026 Maintenance Fees are now due! If you have not submitted your check for $350 please do so as soon as possible to avoid late charges. Please mail your check to The Woods of Preston POA, P.O. Box 858, Gunter, TX 75058 or place it in the drop box outside the clubhouse. ​

Changes or improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Board of Directors. This includes storage sheds, fences, accessory buildings, pools, driveway extensions, and much more. Please visit the Documents page and complete the Architectural Approval Request form if you are planning any improvements.
