​Monthly Board of Directors Meetings

The monthly Board of Directors meetings are normally held the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at The Woods of Preston Clubhouse. All property owners are welcome to join.

Annual Election of Board Members

​

There are three positions on The Woods of Preston Property Owners Board of Directors that are coming up for election at the next Annual Meeting on January 27, 2025.

 

Information on the Board of Directors responsibilities may be found in Section IV of the By Laws.  

 

If you are interested in running for a seat on The Board, please email your name and a short bio to board@thewoodsofpreston.com.  Submissions must be received by December 20, 2024.

​REMINDERS!

Changes or improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Board of Directors. This includes storage sheds, fences, accessory buildings, pools, driveway extensions, and much more. Please visit the Documents page and complete the Architectural Approval Request form if you are planning any improvements.
