The operation of your property owners association is governed by a board of volunteer directors. The Board of Directors is elected by the community to oversee the daily functions and financial responsibilities of the Association. The Board is also responsible for maintaining members’ compliance with the established covenants and bylaws of the Association.

Chad Rutherford

Chad and his wife Shaina moved to Gunter in 2016 along with their two boy’s Gavin (8) and Ayson (3). He grew up in Prosper and wants to raise his family in the same small town environment. He owns and operates a mortgage company that is located in Prosper. He is also involved with coaching youth baseball, basketball and football here in Gunter. In his spare time he enjoys golfing, hunting and spending time with his friends and family. He is wanting to bring his past experiences and leadership skills to help the neighborhood become what he grew up in, with a sense of small-town community. Chad serves as President and oversees the ACC Committee.
Billy Stewart

Billy and his wife Nicole moved to Gunter in 2017. They have four children, Nate, Nick, Maddie and Billy. As the Service and Facilities Manager for Longo Toyota in Prosper, Billy oversees all technical maintenance, daily service shop operations and building maintenance. Billy is a proud family man who enjoys giving back to his community. Billy serves as the Vice President.

Karl Lenderman
Karl and his wife Robyn moved to Gunter in 1996 and built their current home in TWOP in 2002. Karl has been in the car business for 26 years. Robyn is a very busy stay at home mother of our 2 children, Lexie (15) and Connor (12). We are very involved and active with our kids sports activities. Karl enjoys cars, motorcycling, and everything outdoors. Karl was also the first President of TWOPHOA after it was handed over from Mr. Bell, the WOP developer. Karl serves as Facilities Manager.
Becky McDonald
Becky and her husband, Drew, have lived in The Woods since 2005. She has three grown children and five beautiful granddaughters. She worked in the mortgage business for over 30 years and is currently working part time doing loan processing. She is a member at Grace Bible Fellowship. Becky serves as treasurer.
Robin Workman
Robin and her husband Kerry have lived in The Woods since 2017 after raising their family in Richardson. They have 6 children between them and 6 grandchildren. Robin has worked for a Property Casualty/WC Insurance company for 14 years. She enjoys antique shopping, spending time with her grandchildren, her two pups, and living the country life in Gunter. Robin serves as Secretary.
