Architectural Control Commitee
The Architectural Committee’s (WOPAC) mission is to ensure that the building of high quality homes in The Woods Of Preston continues, and to encourage and monitor external improvements to existing homes so that they meet all CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions), striving to maintain the image of The Woods of Preston as the premier planned community in Gunter. For questions regarding your future build or if you'd like to submit your plans for approval, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The goal of our Social Commitee is to foster a cohesive community by organizing fun, interesting events for the entire community so neighbors can meet and socialize with each other. This lively and friendly group of people coordinate a variety of activities in the neighborhood during the year. The majority are family orientated like the Easter Egg Hunt, Halloween Hay Ride and Summer Hot Dog cookout but we are always interested in hosting adult only events. Everyone is invited to take part in the events as well as volunteer as an active member of the Social Committee and help in the planning and execution. If you wish to submit an idea for a social or other event, please email email@example.com.
